Why A Podcast Blog?

This blog is a little window into the world of pregnancy and birth podcasts.

I hope that you will be inspired to listen to an episode now and then or that you might discover an episode that is really relevant for you.

Making informed decisions for you and your baby is so important. But where do you start with the informed part?

There is so much information out there and so often what you read today contradicts what you read yesterday!

On top of this everyone is so busy. Jobs, older children, friends, activities, sport, social life, it can be a real challenge to find the time (and the energy!) to start researching options for pregnancy, birth and the postpartum.

As a doula and a mum of three small children, I have found podcasts to be such a great source of information.

There is such a variety that it’s easy to find a style that clicks and because you don’t have to sit down and read the information you can multi-task!

I love to listen to podcasts while running or watching my kids play tennis.

I want this to be a place where I can share the best of what I have listened to and would love for you to leave comments with ideas for areas to focus on in future posts or to share a podcast you love.
